After 1st year anniversary, the founder of the site said that he made the website so that he can use it to monitoring Coiling Dragon's translation project (link).
And boy, he did deliver it! You just need to login into the website and you could use Reading List to not only view the latest chapter you read, and if there's a new chapter, you could click on it to be directed into the web containing the chapter.
